There was a list of things to do with the vehicle that made me assume it would take close to 2 hours to complete. This mainly comes from past experience with getting vehicles serviced from other dealerships. Service Advisor Jim Williamson was able to get my car ready for the road again in less than one hour. New snow tires had to be installed along with an oil change and the wiper blades needed to be replaced. I honestly couldn't believe it. Its a very rare moment to experience such competence when getting a vehicle serviced. It has been exactly a week since the appointment and the car is running great with absolutely no issues whatsoever.

I arrived at the dealership with a check-engine light emergency during a one day round trip from Ottawa to Grimsby to attend a funeral. The service gentleman I initially spoke to on arrival listened very patiently when I was speaking to him and took a great deal of time to explain different things about my vehicle to me. This is my first "newer" vehicle. This is a messy time of year, snowy, slushy, etc. Even so, the service person took care to protect my vehicle with a plastic seat cover and paper floor mat and before they returned the vehicle to me they wiped down the floor and door panels. The vehicle was cleaner than when I took it in to them. That really made me feel good.
