Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment for maintenance or repair work, please call our direct Service Appointment Line at 905-381-4287. Or if you would like to schedule your appointment on-line, please click here.

Please remember that the time arranged will be used to discuss your concerns with our Service Advisor and determine the length of time required for repairs to your vehicle. It is not, however, the actual time that work will commence on your vehicle.

The best time to call for an appointment is between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. or between 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. For your added convenience, you may drop-off your vehicle the night before your appointment and use one of our night-drop envelopes. If you would like a Saturday appointment, please call well in advance since we have limited staff and hours on Saturdays.

Service Reception

Each time you visit the Service Department, please have your vehicle's current kilometre reading and your license plate number so we may serve you more efficiently.

As well, please ensure that we have a phone number or e-mail address where you can be reached so that we can report on your vehicle's status. We will try our best to make each service as quick and convenient as possible.

Helpful Hints

Try to be as specific as possible when describing your concerns. It may be necessary to allow time to go out in your vehicle for a road test. Intermittent problems may unfortunately require more than one visit to the dealership to diagnose and correct.

Since technicians are specialists (i.e. electrical, trim, transmission, front end, etc.), it is likely that more than one technician will work on your vehicle.

Alternate Transportation

Image Honda provides a courtesy shuttle for our customers Monday through Friday.  Actual departure times vary depending on the number of customers and locations being served.  As there may be several customers utilizing the shuttle at the same time going to various areas in the city, please allow for additional time to reach your destination.

For customers requiring a rental vehicle, Image Honda can arrange a vehicle for you through Enterprise at our low daily rate - please ask your service advisor for more details.

Methods of Payment

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Interac Direct Payment. Personal cheques will NOT be accepted without pre-approval by the Service Manager.
